Most of this site runs entirely in your browser. The forms here — beta-access requests, contact messages, call-booking details, the webinar waitlist — currently store what you enter in your browser's local storage on your own device. They are not transmitted to Krest unless the form explicitly says otherwise.

When we connect a real backend, this policy will be updated, the relevant forms will make clear that data is being sent, and the sections below on collection, use and retention will apply in full.

Information you provide:

• your name and work email;
• a company website URL you submit for analysis, and any pitch deck you choose to upload;
• the content of messages you send us and details you enter to book a call (including your selected time and time zone).

Information collected automatically: in this build there are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. A production deployment would keep standard server logs (such as IP address and request metadata) for security and reliability.

• to provide the Service — for example, to run the analysis for the website you submit;
• to respond to your enquiry or schedule a call;
• to send you the early-access updates or waitlist notifications you asked for;
• to secure the Service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations;
• to improve the Service — see the section on AI and model training below.

In the current build, your Inputs are not used to train or fine-tune machine-learning models. A company URL or an uploaded deck is processed to produce the analysis you requested and is not retained for training purposes.

If we ever want to use customer Inputs to improve models, we will update this policy first, give notice, and provide a way to opt out. We will not use the content of pitch decks or private materials for model training.

If you upload a pitch deck, it is processed to generate the review or analysis you asked for. It is not shared outside the Service and is deleted in line with our retention practices. Please do not upload materials containing third-party confidential information without permission.

We do not sell personal data. In a production deployment we would share data only with:

• service providers acting on our instructions under contract — for example hosting, our scheduling provider for calls, and email delivery;
• authorities, where required by law or to protect rights and safety;
• an acquirer, in the event of a merger, acquisition or asset sale, subject to this policy.

Booking a call may use a third-party scheduling provider (for example Cal.com); their processing is governed by their own privacy policy. The site is served by a hosting provider that processes request data on our behalf.

This build sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It uses your browser's local storage for the demo form submissions described above and to remember lightweight preferences. You can clear this at any time from your browser settings.

Where we hold personal data, we keep it only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, plus any period required by law, then delete or anonymise it. Demo data stored in your browser stays until you clear it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

If personal data is transferred outside your region in a production deployment, we will use an appropriate legal transfer mechanism (such as standard contractual clauses).

The Service is not directed to people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be signalled by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by notice.
